16 worksheet tabs: Overview, Setup, Budget, Payments, Guests, Tables, Tasks, Venues, Vendors, Timeline, Packing, Gifts, Honeymoon, Contacts, Notes, ReadMe. The blank and example workbooks have the same structure. Example data is fictional and kept separate from the clean template.

Prepared capacity: 300 guests, 100 budget items, 500 payment entries, 30 tables and 150 tasks. Payments match unique budget IDs and update paid/balance amounts. Duplicate or unmatched IDs, guest entry issues and table over-capacity are flagged. Confirmed RSVP meal counts appear on the overview. Seating is a table assignment list, not a drag-and-drop floor plan. Supplier details, dates, gifts and task status are entered manually.

Microsoft Excel recommended. These are downloadable XLSX workbooks, with no macros, hosted Google Sheets template, bank connection, automatic imports or app subscription. Formula calculations and input changes were tested in the authoring calculation engine; a desktop Excel session was not available for application-level testing. Review entry warnings before relying on totals. Files are unprotected so you can adapt them; preserve formula cells.

The twelve print-companion designs are repeated in Letter and A4 PDFs. They are for handwriting and do not automatically update from the workbook. The three-page guide explains setup, example calculations and limitations.

Printing and delivery

Digital files only. Choose the PDF matching your paper and print at Actual Size / 100%; test one page first. Native PDF text and lines stay sharp when scaled. Screens, props, software, fonts and physical items are not included. Colours can differ across screens and printers. Marketing backgrounds use AI-assisted artwork; customer layouts are native vector PDF and spreadsheet elements.
