What you receive

One ZIP containing four XLSX files: blank and fictional example versions of each of the two workbook systems. Also includes the existing 24-page Market Day Studio Craft Fair Vendor Planner in four PDF editions: US Letter print, US Letter fillable, A4 print and A4 fillable. The PDFs share the same 24-page design. Instructions and license files included. The workbooks and planner do not automatically sync.

Pricing controls

Confirm each product’s materials as complete, or explicitly choose no materials. Unassigned material rows and incomplete costing are flagged. Target margin and wholesale price are optional; an impossible target does not hide valid actual-price retail profit. Material and fee assumptions still need your complete, correct entries.

Event controls

Choose whether to include labour, and mark card payout and cash count pending or complete. Separate input, cash, card and stock statuses show unresolved differences. Enter a unique transaction-line ID for every sale and refund, then link each refund to a recorded sale in the same event. Duplicate IDs and refunds exceeding the linked sale’s quantity or value are flagged; invalid sales or missing required cost inputs withhold affected profit results.

Earlier-event refunds are outside this one-event workbook’s scope. Multiple partial money refunds for the same item must be combined into one refund line, with each refunded unit counted once. Save a fresh copy for each event.

Compatibility and use

Microsoft Excel desktop recommended. Standard .xlsx files with no macros or subscriptions. Software is not included. No hosted Google Sheets version is included. Use one currency of your choice; currency conversion, tax/VAT, bank feeds and automatic platform fee updates are not included. Fee and cost assumptions are entered by you. Calculation cells use sheet protection to reduce accidental edits; yellow input cells stay editable. Protection has no password. Save a backup and unprotect the sheet before sorting or customising; sort the full table. Instructions explain formula recovery using the supplied blank workbook. Results depend on complete, correct inputs. Screens show fictional examples, not promised business results.
