Refund policy

This policy applies to purchases from Maker Pixel at makerpixel.com.

Digital products

All Maker Pixel products are digital content supplied as downloads. Nothing physical is sent, so there's nothing to return.

Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right ends once supply has begun, provided you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel. By completing checkout, you ask us to make your files available for download immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download is made available to you.

Faulty or broken files

This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If a file is faulty, broken, corrupted, incomplete or not as described, contact us and we'll always fix or replace it, with no time limit. If we can't fix or replace it, we'll give you a refund.

Accidental duplicate purchases

If you accidentally buy the same product more than once, contact us with your order numbers and we'll refund the duplicate.

All-Access Membership

Membership payments and cancellations are covered by our Cancellation policy.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval and go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may then take a few days to show the refund.
