Terms of service

1. About us
makerpixel.com is operated under the trading name Maker Pixel ("we", "us"). Our business address is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. You can contact us by email at hello@makerpixel.com or through our contact form.
2. These terms
These terms apply when you use our website or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. We may update them from time to time. The version shown when you place your order applies to that order.
3. Products
We sell digital products, including printable papers, images, illustrations, templates, brushes, overlays and video files, delivered as downloads. We try to describe and show products accurately, but colours may vary between screens and printers.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may be converted to your local currency at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. Our contract with you is formed when we confirm your order by email.
5. Delivery
Download links are provided as soon as your payment is confirmed: on the order confirmation page, by email, and in your account. See our Delivery policy.
6. Licence
Products are licensed, not sold, and copyright in the files stays with Maker Pixel. Every purchase, and every free sample, includes personal and commercial use: you may use the designs in anything you make or sell, with no limit on quantity. You must not resell, share, sub-license or redistribute the files themselves, either as they are or as part of a collection of files. See Licence Information.
7. Cancellation and refunds
By asking for immediate access to digital content, you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once the download is made available. Faulty or broken files are always fixed or replaced, and accidental duplicate purchases are refunded. See our Refund policy.
8. Membership
The All-Access Membership is subject to our Cancellation policy. Members may keep using anything they downloaded during their membership after cancelling.
9. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping access to your email and account secure. We may suspend access where files are being shared or misused.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for business losses, or for printing costs or materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Privacy
See our Privacy policy.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
